New Dedicated Server DX153 with Dell dependability
The Dedicated Server DX153 has arrived, and compliments Hetzner’s recently revamped line of servers based on Dell’s reputable hardware. The Dell PowerEdge™ R660 DX153 is designed around dual Intel® Xeon® Silver 4410Y 12-core “Sapphire Rapids” CPUs for dependably impressive performance. Intel® Hyper-Threading Technology increases the efficiency for how processor resources are put to use, and thanks to Intel®-VT, users can flexibly and easily manage their resources.
For memory, users can rely on tried and true 64 GB of DDR5 ECC RAM on the DX153; and users with more demanding use cases can add up to 1024 GB of DDR5 ECC RAM. Storage is scalable as needed, too; it’s possible to get NVMe-SSDs or SATA SSDs in an array of sizes. The DX153 supports hot swapping, so users can exchange or add drives while their system is running.
One benefit of the DX153 is the set of premium hardware features that are included, such as the Dell PERC11 H755 RAID Controller and the integrated Dell Remote Access Controller (iDRAC 9 Enterprise), which gives users even more control over server management. Last but not least, this server includes a redundant power supply for increased reliability.
Two IPv4 addresses come with the Dedicated Server DX153 for the very reasonable price from € 209.00 a month plus a one-time setup fee of € 79.00. This model is available in all three of Hetzner’s own data centers in Helsinki, Finland and in Falkenstein and Nuremberg, Germany.
