  • Hetzner congratulates three apprentices on the successful completion of their studies
  • Falkenstein – 13. December 2023

During a celebration in Falkenstein, Hetzner Online made it official: three apprentices finished their apprenticeships to become IT specialists in Systems Integration and are now fully-fledged employees.

The three apprentices (Gideon Falta, Moritz Thoss, and Nils Weißer) are naturally thrilled to have completed their apprenticeships with Hetzner Online, the hosting and cloud provider. To recognize their accomplishments, Stephan Konvickova (CEO), Dirk Müller (Data Center Operations Manager), and Artur Termer (Apprenticeship Mentor) congratulated the apprentices during a ceremony, and expressed their well-wishes for the official start of their careers.

The conclusion of the three-year apprenticeship in July is definitely not good-bye, but rather, the beginning of an exciting new stage of their lives. All three apprentices have opted to remain at the Hetzner Online location in Falkenstein to work as full-fledged, permanent IT service experts. In addition to their day-to-day work providing customer support, the new employees will repair, deploy, and expand customers’ systems, plus perform maintenance work on Hetzner’s infrastructure.

“We’re proud to have such a highly-qualified team of experts who are already intimately familiar with our daily operations. And most importantly, they have all already become truly valued colleagues”, said Stephan Konvickova, as he presented each apprentice with a 3D model of their workplace — a data center.

For Hetzner Online, each apprentice is an investment in the future. With that in mind, it is looking for motivated and dedicated apprentices for the year 2024. Anyone who is interested can find details and apply at career.hetzner.com.
