• HETZNER ONLINE APPRECIATES ITS APPRENTICES

  • Gunzenhausen – 25. January 2019

1901 02 klOnce again this year, all Hetzner Online apprentices successfully completed their studies and have already started as fully fledged employees. A new round of apprentices have already begun their training this school year as well.

Well-trained employees are the backbone of any modern company, especially nowadays when there is a general shortage of skilled workers. Hetzner Online is therefore particularly proud that all of its trainees passed their exams and chose to become full time employees.

These are the workers who have now officially joined the team: in Falkenstein, Clemens Rau; in Nürnberg, Tim Schneider and Sven Wagner; and in Gunzenhausen, Tobias Archut, Silas Heubeck, and Raphael Kastner. In addition, Tobias Archut earned the Bavarian State Prize in recognition of his exceptionally good grades throughout his vocational school studies.

For the current school year, Hetzner Online was able to recruit twelve new apprentices who have already started their professional lives with the company. The firm is still accepting applications for apprentices for the school year 2019. Hetzner Online is hiring apprentices in technical fields, for example, in system administration, software development, electronics for facility and infrastructure management, as well as in office communications. Exciting positions in the international, innovative, and forward-looking company are waiting for motivated applicants.

In addition, working at Hetzner Online includes a lot of advantages, such as free drinks, fruit, and coffee. Other benefits include flexible worktimes (except for support staff), free in-house English lessons, free company products, the chance to attend conferences, and access to free trade magazines. Moreover, the odds of being hired as a full-time employee at the end of the apprenticeship are high.

"We constantly strive to offer our employees a work environment that makes room for their creativity and professional development. We want Hetzner Online employees to feel at home here and to have the flexibility to acquire new knowledge and skills," explained Günther Müller, CEO.

An overview of all open positions at Hetzner Online are listed at career.hetzner.com.
